Prices are net, do not include VAT and duty, are ex-cellar from Switzerland in Swiss Francs per unit. Any other delivery charges, duty and VAT will be charged and be paid at the latest at delivery. Each time You buy a wine, You will receive at delivery the proof that Terroir Vinum SARL made a donation to a Charity.
Payment terms: Clients must pay for all wines at the time of ordering on the website www.goh.wine. If requested, invoices are issued as wines are dispatched for physical delivery.
Terroir Vinum SARL will remain proprietor of the wines until full payment. No collection nor delivery of the wines will be allowed until full payment of the sums are confirmed and received.
Terroir Vinum SARL stores all wines in its possession in full security and in the best possible conditions for the wines but is not responsible or liable for the state and condition of the wines. Foreign wines will not be replaced nor credited. Terroir Vinum SARL must be notified of any kind of defaults no later than 8 days after the collection or the receipt of the wines.
Orders are only made through the dedicated website www.goh.wine . If you have any complaints, they must be communicated to Terroir Vinum SARL within 7 days. Terroir Vinum SARL has the right to cancel any orders and if needed, adjust the prices following any delay in payment or any increase in taxes, duties or shipping.
By placing an order with Terroir Vinum SARL, the buyer confirms that he or she meets the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol in the country where he or she lives. If Terroir Vinum SARL discovers that the buyer is not legally entitled to purchase alcohol, Terroir Vinum SARL shall be entitled to cancel the order immediately and without notice.
Terroir Vinum SARL is not liable for any defect of the wines.
For disputes arising from any purchase agreement, which is concluded between Terroir Vinum SARL and the clients, the jurisdiction of the Canton of Geneva applies. Only Swiss law is applicable.
